How much does is cost for delivery?

The shipping charge is calculated based on the size and weight of the product(s) ordered and where you live in the UK

You will be asked to select your shipping region before you pay for your order

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

The shipping charge is displayed in the shopping cart before you proceed to the checkout

The maximum charge for Uk mainland delivery is £4.95

When will my parcel be dispatched?

We aim to despatch your order with in 48 working hours and will notify you by email if we are aware of any delays

You will receive an email informing you that you parcel has been dispatched

Who will deliver my parcel?

We use three methods for despatch

Smaller parcels are sent 1st class Royal Mail with proof of postage

Small parcels light enough to be sent by Royal Mail but of significant value will be sent recorded delivery

Larger heavy items, like 5 piece bales, are sent by Parcel Force 24 and require a signature

Will you deliver to an alternative address?

You are welcome to state an alternative delivery address if you will not be at home to receive your parcel
however when you complete the Billing Address section at the check out you must use the name and
address that your credit/debit card issuer holds for you

Can you delivery items to addresses outside the UK?

We can only despatch orders to UK addresses

We can not make any exceptions as our business insurance and the terms
of our credit card processing agreement do not allow us to trade abroad

We are unable to despatch orders to Southern Ireland at this time
