Ordering furniture by Babymobel

Nursery Rooms will place your order with Wellemöbel
at 9am on the working day following the date you order.

Your order will be despatched direct from Wellemöbel in Germany
and delivered to you by a UK based team in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

We recommend that you make a note on the delivery shedule of any damage on the boxes before you sign to accept the furniture. This is unlikely to be an issue however it will help Wellemöbel to sort out replacement parts quickly should any damage have been done to the furniture in transit.

The majority of the furniture is flat packed for home assembly unless otherwise stated.

*All assembly instructions are in English.

If your choice of furniture is out of stock with the supplier we will inform you by email
and advise you of how long you can expect to wait for delivery.
If the delay is unacceptable to you then you can have a full refund.

Wellemobel furniture carries a two year product guarentee.

PROBLEMS, FAULTS and MISSING PARTS

If you have received a damaged piece or there is a peice missing please contact Nursery Rooms who will arrange with Wellemobel for a replacement part to be sent out to you.

If you need to send the furniture back for a refund you will need to arrange with Wellemöbel for them to collect the goods. Once they have received the goods back at their premises they will issue Nursery Rooms with a refund and we will then immediately issue the refund to you.

Ordering pictures and canvas prints by Frame My Name

Nursery Rooms will place your order with Frame My Name
on the morning of the working day following your order.

The framed name or illustrated canvas will be dispatched to you
or your chosen gift recipient direct from Frame My Name.

If you have any problems with your framed name or illustrated canvas please contact us and we will telephone Frame My Name to resolve the issue for you.

Ordering furniture by Izziwotnot

Izziwotnot aim to deliver your furniture with in four weeks of your order and will contact you to arrange a delivery date, usually a week to ten days prior to their proposed delivery date.

Please make a note of their phone number and a contact name when they contact you as if you have any problems with the furniture when it arrives you will need to contact Izziwotnot to investigate.

If you have opted for the delivery and assembly service please make a note of any damage to the furniture on the delivery schedule before you sign it. This will help Izziwotnot to sort out replacement parts swiftly.

If you have chosen not to opt for the assembly service please check the boxes when the furniture is delivered and make a not of any damage on the delivery schedule before you sign it. Nursery Rooms recommend that you unpack the furniture as soon as possible after delivery, when it is convenient for you to do so, and check that all the pieces and parts are included and that there is no damage. It is very tempting to leave the furniture packaged until your baby's arrival is imminent however this could mean that your baby is with out their furniture while problems are resolved.

FURNITURE ASSEMBLY

The assembly service is available in UK mainland areas only. If you are unsure whether you will be eligible for this service contact us with your post code and we will check with Izziwotnot for you.

Izziwotnot will replace faulty goods free of charge.

If you need to send the furniture back for a refund you will need to arrange with Izziwotnot for them to collect the goods. Once they have received the goods back at their premises they will issue Nursery Rooms with a refund and we will then immediately issue the refund to you.

When the Izziwotnot sales representative telephones you to arrange a delivery date make a note of their name and phone number in case you need to contact them later.

Ordering furniture by Kidsaw Puzzle

Nursery Rooms will place your order with Kidsaw Puzzle
at 9am on the working day following the date you order.

Providing that the furniture you have ordered is in stock then it will be
dispatched five to ten working days from Kidsaw receiving your order.

If any items from your order are out of stock at Kidsaw Puzzle then
Nursery Rooms will contact you to advise you of the length of the delay.
At this point if the delay is unacceptable to you then you are welcome to cancel your order with out any charge.

We recommend that you check the packages when your furniture is delivered
to ensure that there has not been any damage caused during transit.
Please make a note of any damage on the delivery schedule before you sign it.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Nursery Rooms will place your order with Saplings
at 9am on the working day following the date you order.

Saplings endevours to dispatch your order the day after Nursery Rooms places it with them and it should reach you the following day.

The majority of Saplings furniture is flat packed.

If your choice of furniture is out of stock with the supplier we will inform you by email
and advise you of how long you can expect to wait for delivery.
If the delay is unacceptable to you then you can have a full refund.

Ordering Lollipop Lane furniture from Trend Tidy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

*Delivery and assembly are free

Nursery Rooms places your order with Trend Tidy
at 9am on the working day following the date you order.

Trend Tidy aim to dispatch your order in four to six weeks.

A representative from Trend Tidy will contact you on the Thursday of the week following the week you make your order to arrange a delivery date. Please make a note of a contact name and telephone number in case you need to contact them.

*IMPORTANT

Trend Tidy want you to be delighted with your choice of nursery furniture
and urge you to take the time to inspect it thoroughly before the delivery men leave.

Upon delivery and installation of the furniture Trend Tidy will request a signature
from you to say that you are happy with the goods received.

After this point no returns will be accepted for the items supplied
subject to the long distance selling laws.

As a result Nursery Rooms recommends that before you sign to accept delivery you check that drawers and doors open correctly, shelves are fitted properly, the furniture is sturdy (ie doesn't wobble) and that there is no damage (such as flaking paint or bumps) to the furniture.

If the assembly team have put the furniture against a wall, especially the cot bed, we suggest that you ask them to move it out so that you can walk around it.

Please make sure that you give details of anything you are not happy
with on the sheet that you are asked to sign. Please also email Nursery Rooms with details.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
