Ordering furniture by Saplings

Nursery Rooms will place your order with Saplings
at 9am on the working day following the date you order.

Your order will be despatched direct from Saplings
and they will contact you to advise you when you can expect delivery,
in the majority of cases this should be with in one working week.

Saplings junior beds are flat packed for self assembly.

If your choice of junior bed is out of stock with the supplier we will inform you by email and advise you of how long you can expect to wait for delivery. If the delay is unacceptable to you then you can have a full refund.

PROBLEMS, FAULTS and MISSING PARTS

Once you have placed your order if you have
any issues regarding delivery or the furniture itself
please contact Saplings direct on 01952 550022 and ask for Fiona in sales.

If you need to send the furniture back for a refund you will need to arrange with Saplings for them to collect the goods. Once they have received the goods back at their premises they will issue Nursery Rooms with a refund and we will then immediately issue the refund to you.
