Providing that the furniture you have ordered is in stock then it will be
dispatched five to ten working days from Kidsaw receiving your order.

If any items from your order are out of stock at Kidsaw Puzzle then
Nursery Rooms will contact you to advise you of the length of the delay.
At this point if the delay is unacceptable to you then you are welcome to cancel your order with out any charge.

We recommend that you check the packages when your furniture is delivered
to ensure that there has not been any damage caused during transit.
Please make a note of any damage on the delivery schedule before you sign it.

If you find that there is a piece missing or a damaged item please contact Nursery Rooms
who will get in touch with Kidsaw Puzzle Furniture to resolve the issue on your behalf

Please note that if you change your mind and decide to return Kidsaw furniture
you will be responsible for carriage cost
