This is unlikely to be an issue however it will help Babymobel to sort out replacement parts quickly should any damage have been done to the furniture in transit. The majority of the furniture is flat packed for home assembly unless otherwise stated. If your choice of furniture is out of stock with the supplier we will inform you by email Babymobel furniture carries a two year product guarentee. DELIVERY CHARGES *Customers in the highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and islands please phone for a delivery quote PROBLEMS, FAULTS and MISSING PARTS If you have received a damaged piece or there is a peice missing please contact Nursery Rooms If you need to send the furniture back for a refund you will need to arrange with Babymobel for them to collect the goods. Once they have received the goods back at their premises they will issue Nursery Rooms with a refund and we will then immediately issue the refund to you.
